About me:
I’ve built my life around one question: How may I serve?
For me, that’s meant helping people navigate the moments when communication breaks down and everything starts to feel harder than it should.
I’m Patrick. I spent 15 years as a psychotherapist, school consultant, and marriage & family counselor, helping individuals, couples, and families get unstuck in painful patterns and reconnect with clarity and care. Over the past decade, I’ve continued doing people-centered work in leadership and partnership roles across other industries—where trust, steady communication, and emotional intelligence matter in real time.
My approach is also shaped by lived experience. I’ve walked through profound loss, complicated family dynamics, and major life transitions. I know what it’s like to keep functioning while privately carrying a lot. Because of that, I’m especially effective with people who are in a crossroads season—where the old ways of coping or communicating aren’t working anymore.
I’m warm, steady, and straightforward. We’ll slow down the chaos, identify the pattern, and build skills you can use immediately—communication tools, boundaries, nervous system regulation for hard conversations, and practical steps for your next chapter.
This is coaching: forward-moving, skill-based, and rooted in real life.
Not therapy, not diagnosis—just strong support and clear direction.
If you’re ready to feel calmer, communicate with more confidence, and change the pattern for good, I’d be honored to help.
Note: Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not replace clinical mental health treatment.

What Clients are Saying
"Patrick has a gift of walking by your side, while gently nudging you to find not only your strength but also your potential. As a mom of three young girls, trying to tackle medical school AND navigating a crumbling marriage, Patrick stayed steady by my side.
I credit him for giving me the tools to find my way through, and I still hear his voice during tough times today. ”I’m choosing to be thankful for this contrast,” is one of my favorites. Patrick challenges your thoughts while remaining calm and kind.
I cannot say enough about his role in my journey through life, and I’m forever thankful."
